Mission of the Role - The Marketing Manager reports to the CEO. The mission of the Marketing Manager is to spear the organization’s marketing efforts to the same level as industry leading firms such as Vestre and Landscape Forms. The main challenge is a comprehensive marketing strategy (offline and digital) that is focused on growth marketing while at the same time getting the basic hygiene aspects of the front face of the firm in order. The Marketing Manager will have responsibility for creating and implementing a detailed marketing plan in close coordination with the CEO and other stakeholders. The Marketing Manager will have the responsibility of utilizing best in practice tools and methodologies to execute a highly effective and consistently improvised plan in order to achieve best in class reach and consequently sales results. Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving strong top of funnel for sales and at the same time managing brand, PR and partnerships.
Key Criteria/Requirements -
- Minimum 6 years of experience progressively towards greater responsibilities and success in the field of marketing
- Metrics driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Strong preference for Master’s Degree in marketing, business or related field
- Consistently high performer; manager ratings Very Good or preferably Excellent
- Experience with startup/ growth company with ability to thrive in matrix environments & adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
Brief Job Role -
- Develop
and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that support
business growth and brand objectives.
- Manage
the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and
cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify
opportunities and threats.
- Creation
of engaging and high-quality marketing content, including blog posts,
social media content, and email campaigns.
- Measure
and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness
of marketing efforts.
- Develop
and maintain marketing reports and dashboards to communicate progress and
results to senior management.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and
customer support, to align marketing strategies with overall company
goals.
- Plan
and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including email
marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, and events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
